Rule 6.2.4 provides -

An agent's advertisements must if in the form of material seeking (whether directly or indirectly) the listing of any property promoting the agent's business, whether delivered by hand, post, facsimile, email, or any other means, contain the following words in and of the same size font as the main content: "if any other agent has a current exclusive agency agreement in relation to this and/or your property, please disregard this communication"
